Delivery
Meet the team that delivers.
When you buy from Schroeder’s, our own delivery team handles it from start to finish. They’re not contractors, and we don’t hand you off to someone else.
- Installation: We hook up your new appliance and make sure it works before we leave.
- Haul-away: We take your old appliance with us.
- Drop-off: Just need it delivered? We can drop it off.
Every member of our delivery team passes a background check and completes training before they enter a customer’s home. If something’s not right, you call the same Schroeder’s team you bought from, and we’ll take care of it.
Financing
Flexible ways to pay
You shouldn’t have to put off a broken appliance or a home project because of the upfront cost. With the Synchrony HOME™ Credit Card, you can spread the cost of your purchase over time. Apply online or at the store, and use it right here at Schroeder’s.
At the Home Center
Get 12 months of promotional financing on purchases of $1,999 or more, with no interest if paid in full within 12 months.* That covers appliances, mattresses and more, as long as the purchase is on one receipt.

Schroeder’s Protection Plan
We off an in-house protection plan as a headline benefit: a 5-year service agreement (not insurance) with no deductibles, serviced only by Schroeder’s Home Services technicians.
- Coverage: 60 months, starting 30 days after purchase, running alongside the manufacturer’s warranty and continuing after it ends.
- Repair or replace: if we can’t fix it, we replace it. Three covered repairs on one appliance triggers a replacement (the No Lemon Policy).
- Allowances: $300 food spoilage for a failed refrigerator or freezer, and $50 laundromat allowance for a failed washer.
- Non-use credit: 50% of the plan price back as store credit if there are no service calls or paid claims in 5 years. The customer must request it, and it expires one year after the plan ends.
- Covered appliances: refrigerators, freezers, ovens/ranges/cooktops, built-in microwaves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, garbage disposals and mattress adjustable bases.
- Payment and cancellation: paid in full up front. Full refund within 30 days if no claims; prorated after that. No auto-renewal.
- Not covered: cosmetic damage, misuse, routine maintenance, commercial or rental use, repairs by other technicians, and smart-home or software issues. The plan is non-transferable.
